Background
After college, I spent nearly a decade in Japan. Following intensive language studies, I completed a Master's program at a Japanese university with a focus on music and sound design. From there, I made the jump into the games industry at Grasshopper Manufacture.
Since returning to Maryland, I've held senior and lead roles at studios like ZeniMax Online and Striking Distance. From the dread of The Callisto Protocol to the mythic scale of Asgard's Wrath and the expansive world of The Elder Scrolls Online, my focus is always the same: building a sonic identity that makes a world feel real.
I currently work out of my own purpose-built studio, supporting remote teams across the entire game audio lifecycle — through sound design, recording, and the collaborative design and implementation of complex audio systems.
